Itall begins within the frame of any canvas. Having the ability to control whatgoes in and what emotions come out of my photographs is what I truly love aboutmy photography. I’ve begun noticing my love for such a "dark art"connected in my images. A vast majority of my photographs are constructed intoa square format. It allows me to build a stronger composition with a differentframe compared to the original rectangular format. Doing this allows the viewerto not interpret my photo as any other photograph but as a viewable experienceinstead. Using photography as a medium is the way I truly connect with art.Instead of creating artwork for those comfortable viewing art, I'd rathercreate art to make those viewers uncomfortable. I'd like my photographs toresemble a dark art but to also carry beautiful messages. I'm into conceptualphotography since it's a way to carry out my ideas and emotions.

Altogether,my photographs are meant to be interpreted in any way the viewer desires. Thereare mostly stories carried out in my pieces as well as messages and symbolspertaining to a certain time and event. When I look into a view finder, I tryand visualize the outcome of what I want my photograph to be. Over time, I'vebeen able to master this technique which gives me the opportunity to raise mycreativity level. For me personally, original photographs are meant to bemessed with. Having Photoshop as a tool is something I use to my advantage. Inthis day in age, technology is meant to be used to create new things and that'swhat I want to incorporate in my photography. Instead of just using what Icapture, I like creating new atmospheres and different scenarios that weren'tthere to begin with - making them semi-surreal. Capturing the viewer mentallyand emotionally is one of my main objectives but pleasing my visual eye andself is my main goal. I consider myself a Fine Art Photographer specializing inconceptual photography and self-portraiture.

Iwant my photographs to escalate to new levels and reach a level of mystery inphotography. Leaving behind dream-like qualities in my work creates such atimeless sense in my photographs. I love delving into other mediums but I feelas though photography is my strong point. Every day, I'm sharpening my skillsas a photographer but at the same time, I'm molding myself into thephotographer I want to be. Overall, the feelings my photographs portray isreally important as well as the message I try to carry out for my audiences.
